At the beginning of 1999, comprehensive quality assurance and quality management system have been set up according to ISO9001:1994. The effective implementation of the systems has increased customer confidence in our products and services, and has also improved the level of quality management within our company. To better meet customer demand, the management made the decision to implement the Total Quality Management (TQM) strategy throughout the company. In May, 2004, the TQM Office, the special department to implement TQM was set up, and the TQM Implementing Committee directed by the General Manager has also been set up. By then, the TQM strategy was started to be implemented. Presently, a system of Total Quality Management has been set up, basing on ISO9001:2000 standard and TQM principle, with the core part being a variety of advanced management models. Cooperate culture focusing on TQM has come into being. The goal of our company is to make products with consistent performance and high quality with reasonable cost, providing our customers and our business partners with added value. We will create our core competitiveness through the consistent improvement in total quality management, supplying endless driving force for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
